Damage Assesments and Estimates

In the event of a natural or manmade event, TriCal has the ability to quickly respond to the needs of a project. During the Northridge Earthquake of 1994, TriCal was recognized as a leader in restoring damaged housing in a quick and cost saving manner. In order to accomplish this, TriCal assigns an experienced, professional Project Manager to each project. The Project Manager immediately conducts an on-site inspection and review of the property to determine the extent of property damage. Depending upon the type and nature of the construction problems, follow-up inspections will be made, generally with trade representatives, in order to prepare a Damage Assessment Report and a Reconstruction Cost Estimate.

The Goal is to provide a clear, concise professional damage assessment, along with a program and budget for correcting the property damage in a proper, expeditious and cost effective manner.
