Jonathon Neumann

Jonathon Neumann is the Executive Vice President - Finance and Development for TriCal Construction, Inc., a Marina del Rey based construction and real estate development company.

With a background in the tax accounting and financing fields, Mr. Neumann is the primary executive in charge of all tax planning, accounting and financing aspects for TriCal Construction. Additionally, during Mr. Neumann's 14 years with TriCal, he has worked on every stage of the real estate development business; from acquisition to entitlement, through construction to property management and ultimately the sale of the asset.

As a key member of the TriCal executive team, Mr. Neumann has helped TriCal create nationally recognized, award winning multi-family and mixed-use projects. TriCal has been a groundbreaking company, bringing mixed-use to Brentwood's San Vicente Boulevard, garden style living to Downtown Los Angeles and creating a revitalization in Marina del Rey's light industrial neighborhood by establishing luxury residential housing.

Mr. Neumann has also had a community focus having served on many non-profit boards and committees. His volunteer work includes service for Meals on Wheels, the American Leukemia Society, El Segundo Educational Foundation, Los Angeles Pacific Division Police Department and numerous other organizations. Mr. Neumann has also involved himself in local governmental issues, being the former chairman of the Del Rey Neighborhood Planning, Land Use and Transportation Committee, a designate to the City of Los Angeles Small Lot Ordinance Task Force, and a member of the West Los Angeles Council on Planning and Transportation.

As a rabid sports fan, Mr. Neumann has traveled all over the world witnessing sporting events and has had the fortune of being a player host for the 1992 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in San Diego, a facilities host for the 1994 World Cup Soccer Tournament in Los Angeles, and a community liaison for the Toyota Grand Prix in Long Beach.

Mr. Neumann has spent his whole life living in close proximity to one of Southern California's pristine beaches; having grown up in the South Torrance - Redondo Beach area of Los Angeles, during his college education at San Diego State University and now with his family in Los Angeles' "Mayberry", El Segundo.
